Test Philosophy:

The operator can enter the overload relay Ir setting and select a required test multiple, or directly enter the desired test current in amperes. The tester raises current to the selected target, monitors the overload relay auxiliary contact, records trip time and I2t, and stops current after trip.

The maximum available test current is 60A. Higher multiples such as 7.2 x Ir can be used for lower-current overload relay ranges where the required current is within tester capacity.

Contactor Testing Provision:
