Thermal Calibration Test Bench

In Bi-metal assembly in MCB/ MCCB is to be calibrated with the help of Grub Screw. At NSM Industrial Solutions Pvt Ltd, We manufacture Test Benches with Motorized Screw drivers to perfectly calibrate the Grub Screw so that Thermal Trip time comes within range.

Thermal Trip Verification Test Bench

Post Calibration and cooling period, MCB is again verified and its Thermal Trip functionality is tested.

Magnetic/ Instantaneous Trip Test Bench

MCB is tested for Instantaneous tripping functionality.

Contact resistance/ mV drop test

In this test, Contact resistance is measured to ensure minimum heat losses and longer contact life.

Endurance/ Life cycle Test

MCB/ MCCB is made On-Off-On-Trip-Reset multiple times and desired functionality is ensured with load and without load.

Knob Force measurement

MCB/ MCCB knob is assembled mechanically with springs. Hence, In this test, Force is measured for knob On to Off and Off to On. It ensures proper knob assembly and continuity operation.
