In modern Railway Systems or Rolling Stock, the Master Controller, also known as the Driver Control Unit or Train Operating Console, is the primary device used to manage acceleration, braking, and direction. These components are critical to train safety and performance, making rigorous testing essential.
We have developed a specialized Master Controller Test Bench, designed for testing a wide range of locomotive control handles, cab control units, and driving/braking consoles with accuracy and ease.

How It Works ?
Step 1: Connect the train Master Controller (Device Under Test) to our Test Bench using the standard interface.
Step 2: Launch the application on your laptop, Select appropriate Recipe of your Master Controller and click the Start button.
Step 3: Software will instruct the operator to simulate driving conditions by using handles, brake levers, switches, and reversers.
Step 4: The system monitors each control signal and verifies whether the expected electrical outputs are being generated.
You receive immediate Pass/Fail results for every action, enabling efficient validation of the controller’s behavior.
