PC based MCB Tripping Characteristic Verification Test Bench is designed to perform Test as per IEC 60898 Table 7 Type A & B; Clause - 9.10.1.1 (also mentioned in IS 8828). Test Bench is used to test whether Miniature Circuit Breaker is calibrated with in Standard Time-Current Zone. Test Bench tests the MCB on Conventional Non-Tripping Current (Int) and within 5 seconds, current is increased to Conventional Tripping Current (It) for testing the MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker) as per IEC standard.
It covers the MCBs wide variety of MCBs like 0.5A, 1A, 1.6A, 2A, 3A, 4A, 6A, 8A, 10A, 13A, 16A, 20A, 25A, 32A, 40A, 45A, 50A, 63A, 80A, 100A, 125A.
Test Bench conducts the Test on 1.13 In and 1.45 In.
Output Current: 0.5A to 200A.
Clear-cut PASS/ FAIL result display with current and time details.
MultiStations 6/ 9/ 18 or more can be tested in Test Chamber With/Without Heater.
